LATICRETE NXT® Level Flow from What it Takes Sacramento is a high-flowing cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed to level interior floor substrates before finished flooring installation.
LATICRETE NXT® Level Flow is a fire-rated, cement-based self-leveling underlayment used to create a flat, smooth, and hard surface over interior floor substrates. This high-flowing floor leveler is easy to pour or pump, making it suitable for small and large floor preparation projects. It can be applied over properly prepared concrete, gypsum-based substrates, exterior glue plywood, and other structurally sound surfaces. NXT Level Flow can be placed from 1/8" to 2" in a single lift and tapered to zero at the edges, helping prepare floors for hardwood, resilient flooring, cork, ceramic tile, natural stone, carpet, and other finished floor coverings.
