The Square Edge Z Counterform is designed for cast-in-place concrete countertops where a straight, clean, flat edge profile is desired. The forms are installed over 1/2-inch cement board, such as Durock or Hardie Backer, which is cut flush with the cabinet edge and secured in place. After the concrete is poured and cured, the forms snap off along the designated break point to reveal a smooth finished countertop edge. This system is ideal for concrete countertops, kitchen counters, outdoor counters, bar tops, and decorative concrete projects.
