Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S is a low-odor, low-VOC, 90% solids aliphatic urethane topcoat used over approved resinous flooring systems. Available as a clear 3-component system or pigmented 4-component system, it is designed for heavy traffic floors exposed to forklift traffic, pallet jack traffic, hydraulic fluids, cutting fluids, oils, solvents, caustics, alcohols, and other aggressive chemicals. Its high abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and chemical resistance help extend the service life of epoxy flooring, urethane flooring, polyaspartic systems, and industrial concrete coating systems.

Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S produces a low-sheen finish with slight texture to help reduce visible traffic patterns and finish dulling. When applied as a single coat at high yield coverage, it can outperform multiple coats of many standard polyurethane, polyaspartic, or polyurea topcoats.
